Links not updating

    Hello,

    We are consistently seeing that when we updated PDF files, the hyperlinks are not being updated and we end up with broken links. We’ve had to manually update the links which is a pain! I noticed some older posts stating the same issue but haven’t seen a resolution. Your assistance with this would be much appreciated!

    Could you please let me know which of the 2 options did you try?

    Also, could you please let me know if the links that aren’t updated appear in normal posts or in other parts as well?

    Alex, we used the option to “Replace the file, use new file name and update all links.” The file is replaced within the wp-content/uploads folder but the links are not updated.

    These links are on normal posts and pages.

    thanks for the additional details, it is strange that it doesn’t work.
    Could you please contact us directly here mentioning this ticket?

    I’m wondering what the resolution is for this – I’m having the same problem. ??
