• Hi,

Each time I try and use one of the call to actions on our site (ebecas.equatorit.com), the buttons do not link properly, regardless of the link that I use. They always send me to something like:

    https://ebecas.equatorit.com/inbound/4o95idu

I am trying to link to the page: ebecas.equatorit.com/download-our-free-ebecas-brochure/

However every time the CTA is linked to an “inbound” page followed by some combination of numbers and letters. Please let me know if you know how to resolve this issue.

    Thanks,
    Jack

    Resave your permlainks:

Settings->Permalinks and make sure it’s something besides default.

The masked link is our ‘tracked’ link so we can track clicks as conversions.

If you want to disable tracking all together you can add a special class to your links:
    https://docs.inboundnow.com/guide/do-not-track-link-as-conversion/

    Hi,

I have the same problem with sirjackmc. When clicking the button it will redirect to the tracked link and the page is totally blank.

I followed your above instruction to change the permalinks in the settings, save the new link on your plugin and update, but still without success.

We love your plugin and we look forward to hear from you.

    Thanks

I’m not sure what is going on, but if you open a support ticket over at support.inboundnow.com I’ll try and get you some onsite support.

    Hi Hudson!
I also have some issues with links in plug-in. No matter, what i put as link (and i need to bring the users to other source outside WP-blog), it seems the plug-in is trying to find a link inside the blog. Could you advice me something how can deal with this issue? Thank you in advance!

Try resaving your permalinks. We use a masked link for internal tracking but it has to register with your WordPress. Sometimes it doesn’t and permalinks need to be reset. Othertimes it’s something deeper involving a theme or plugin conflict.
