Links Not Working

    Hi…I have tried pretty much everything in the documentation for address the problem of links not working when I click the image. the only thing I can think of is that there is code from our developer that is keeping the plug in code from working. I’m pretty novice and dont want to screw up things by adding in strings of code. can you confirm if that is indeed the problem — and if it is give me some guidance to fix it? We are a nonprofit and cant afford the fees for our developer to help us — I think i can handle it with some guidance.

    Hi,
    I am also having problems with the links not working. I have different urls in place but at the moment if you click the image it opens the attachment page not the url.
    In a similar situation to michelle that we’re also a not-for-profit so I am mostly a novice, so any guidance is really helpful! Thanks ??

    Hi Both,

    I’m back in the office now and ready to help. Could you send me some screenshots of your set up for the galleries with which you are having problems? Equaliteach could you also include the URL of the problem page? Send them to [email protected] and hopefully we can get you back on track.

    I have the same problem. The links are not working/unresponsive. They don’t give an error message either. When you click on gallery pictures they just dont link. Thanks

    @aprilkk Do you have any gallery plugins installed? Michelle realised that was her problem.

    If you don’t and are still having problems, can you provide a link to the page that isn’t working?

    Hey, I am having the same problem. links not working, still linking to my media pages.

    I did have to apply this :

    $output = apply_filters(‘post_gallery’, ”, $attr);
    if ( $output != ” )
    return $output;

    to the first function in the plugins js file for the options to even show up.

    Help is greatly appreciated!

    The gallery is in the ‘Recommended reads sidebar widget’, I wanted to link them to amazon.

    Oh, and theme is a customized version of Hyphen by zigzagpress, running on Genesis framework
