Links not working

  • My links are not working. Some are – some not. I have tried to fix them but still not working. I have tried to make a new page; unformatted my work and pasted in – still not working.
    I am going crazy.
    I want to get a PayPal set up but I have taken both pay pal pluggins to deactivation.
