Links not working

    WordPress 3.8.3 installed using Lotus theme, version 2.8.

    My links are not working on a cuteslider image and two “smartpage builder” images at bottom of pages.

    I have a cuteslider widget image on the sidebar that links to a kickstarter campaign site, which is not working. And I have two smartpage builder images at bottom of pages (kickstarter logo image and facebook logo image) that link to a kickstarter campaign site and the facebook page for it.

    Please help!!, its the first day of launch on the kickstarter campaign and we need the links working to the site! I’m not sure what is going on, it’s really strange.

  • I’m sorry but as you appear to be using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not have access to, nor do we support, commercial products here.

    Why are you using an old copy of WordPress? Were you aware that your site is currently running a very real risk of being hacked? You need to upgrade WordPress asap.

    regardless of the rules, this site has always been absolutely useless in getting answers, every time i’ve tried using it actually..

    the problem is a domain masking problem, not with the theme, as the links work fine on the original url but do not work at all on the masked domain..

    please see example below:

    the site has been updated to the most recent version of wordpress..
