Links not working for some links

I am having an error where some of my links to the facebook post will be preceded by https://www.facebook.comhttps// which results in the users getting a page not found error. The weird thing is that it only seems to work like that on some of the links and not all of them. You can check it out at https://www.targamite.com/news-events/ to see what I mean.

If you could help me figure this one out I would really appreciate it.
