links not working in dashboard for tiles

Hello

I am working on a site set up by someone else. they used tiles and the layout is nice so I’d like to keep it but I cannot access any of the settings except the Tile Designer page of the plugin so I cannot get to the settings for: Grids, Animations and Colors, Byline Content, Image Settings or Utility

if I try to access the buttons the links are set up this way

the #item link doesn’t have an anchor as far as I can see

What i want to be able to do is exclude pages from the tiles as they are admin and only necessary under certain circumstances.

I was hoping I could do this in the settings but I can’t access for the above reason.

Any help would be really appreciated.
