Links not working on bottom of pages of mobile and tablets

  • Links which are fine on the computer will not work if the link is at the bottom of the page on iPhones, S4 or ipad. Once you scroll up to the middle of the page all is fine. I have already disabled all plugins without success, but if I switch to another theme, like twenty fourteen, all then works. How can I fix this as I want to stay with the great theme, thanks.
