Sorry I already adked the question in my previous thread but thought it was better to create a new thread so that it might be more visible for someone who has the same problem. My menu links are not working in Safari, it’s fine in Chrome and Mozilla but definitely something is wrong with Safari. the only link that works is the one that takes you to another page (blog) but the ones that go to a section of the main page don’t work. Here is the website address again:

  • I saw your question in the other thread and I also saw the issue in Safari. I was waiting for confirmation from somebody with a newer version of Safari.

See our demo site please and click on Services. I added it now to check and it seems to work properly, so the issue is limited to your website. Check your plugins. https://demo.athemes.com/moesia/

What can I check in my plugins? Sorry I’m a bit lost :p

What I meant is that you should disable your plugins one by one and check after you disabled each of them to see if the issue is gone.

Just to confirm, you do see it working properly on our demo site, yes?

Hey again and thank yu for being there I am a beginner in all of this so I appreicate the time you are taking. Yes it works on the demo site when I use Safari. Ok I am trying now with the plugins and let you know

Nope it does not come from the plugins ?? I deactivated each one of them one by one and it does not work

However I don’t have the latest version of Moesia is that the issue?

I don’t think so. How exactly did you set your links in the menu? Could you post a screenshot? They don’t actually work as they should in Chrome either. They should slide down to the section instead of refreshing the page.

OK I’m ashamed but how do I post a picture here :p

A few weeks ago I asked how to get the section link to work from a different page than the front page and you told me the solution was to do like this

    https://woalatoo.com/#services

so that’s what I’ve done for all my links.

I don’t mind reverting to only putting the id of the section to have the nice scroll down effect but then I need a solution to have a different menu on my blog page so that I don’t have links that are broken when on the blog page.

That was exactly what I wanted to say when I saw your link in the last post ??
