    Hello,

    I need some help with regards to the My Accounts page on my website.

    When I hover over the options such as ‘Orders’ and ‘Addresses’ for example, the link is showing as ‘https://leaandthepupsart.co.uk/my-account/’ which is the main url for my accounts page. All the endpoints in the advanced setting tab under WooCommerce are correct. If you manually type in the correct url (https://leaandthepupsart.co.uk/my-account/orders/) the page does work.

    Nothing appears broken it is just the url’s for all the options are incorrect. Is there a way for a beginner to change these url’s without purchasing the ‘Customize My Account for WooCommerce’ plugin? I don’t want to customize it, just fix the url’s.

    My apologies if this has been covered already but every answer I have seen has been more about the permalinks rather than just incorrect links.

    It seems like the problem might be related to the permalinks settings in your WordPress site. Even though you mentioned that the answers you’ve seen are more about permalinks, they are indeed related to the URLs of your website’s pages.

    Can you do the following to see if this resolves the issue:

    • Navigate to Dashboard →?Settings →?Permalinks
    • Select the Post Name option:
    • Click on “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.

    After doing this, the URLs for the Orders and Addresses pages should display correctly when you hover over the options on the My Accounts page.

    If you’ve already tried this or if this doesn’t solve your issue, you can try flush your rewrite rules and see if this helps.

    This can be done by visiting Dashboard →?Settings →?Permalinks and clicking “Save Changes”, even without making any changes. This will refresh the permalink rules and could potentially fix your issue.

    My apologies for not replying sooner (been so busy I forgot I posted this on here.) The above did not solve the issue as the permalinks were already set to Post name and the flush instructions did not resolve it either.

    I did however, seem to fix the issue by installing a plugin called ‘Customize My Account for WooCommerce‘ by SysBasics. For reasons I can’t explain it seems to have fixed the links and they are now directing me to the right pages. I have no idea if I did anything else but as far as I can remember this was all I did to fix my issue.

    If I remember anything else I will update this post.
