• Hi,

For some reason I have had a reoccuring issue that visitors to my website who click on any links to posts/pages/categories/tags are redirected to the generic cookie pop-up. This then redirects to a parked domain version of my own live website.

This does not happen if you are logged in as the admin or have an old cache of the website, flushing permalinks or updating htaccess only temporarily fixes it, I have tried reinstalling and checking plugins one by one. I have tried calling my hosting provider and have been trying solutions up to an hour with them.

It’s really beginning to do my head in as it is wrecking my rankings and UX.

I’ve screenshotted examples of the issue here:

Please if anybody has any ideas, thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • I tested several pages on your site in different browsers… but I don’t see any pop-ups at all. (ibb.co is down now, so I’m unable to see your screenshots.)

Have you resolved the pop-up issue already?

One problem I did find is that some of your category archive links don’t show any content. Examples are Leases, Coownership, and Trusts. Examining the HTML, I see a hidden “archive-header” div with a whole bunch of keywords. The adjacent “loop-container” div that should contain the post(s) is totally empty.

Hi George, thank you for your reply.

Ibb is back up if you’d like to take a look.

The issue is fixed, for now. This problem is that the issue keeps reoccuring that is shown in the screenshots. It seems to fix temporarily and then suddenly it will happen.

As for the categories that are empty, that is because content has not been uploaded yet.

    Thanks
