Links on same page opens in popup

    Links on the same page as the popup opens up in a popup window instead of _self.
    Here’s what I’ve tried to resolve this:
    – Set link address (url) to absolute in stead of relative
    – Update permalink settings
    – Deactivate all plugins and set to default theme and activate one by one to identify problem

    Problem only occurs on pages with the boxzilla popup.

    To reproduce this behaviour go to the link and scroll down to the button “Mer informasjon” almost at the bottom.

    I’ve had to deactivate the plugin for the live site until further notice. Hope this can be resolved.

    Hello,

    Can you please enable the plugin again so we can test this? If you have a staging site then it would be easier to test it without affecting your live site.

    Like I said, I’ve had to deactivate it on the _live_ site. It is active on the pagelink I sent which is the staging site.

    Can you please share a link to your live site too?

    Also, can you please share a list of plugins you are using? To test this, I would recommend disabling all plugins except ours on your staging site.

    Due to the custom post types of the site I can’t deactivate all plugins in order to test this. So these are the ones that need to be active in order to see the pages/posts at all:
    Advanced Custom Fields Pro
    Boxzilla
    Custom Post Types, Taxonomies and Shortcodes

    And because I’ve now deactivated the language plugins the link to test is:

    I see a script loaded from typeform.com that seems to be doing this, unrelated to Boxzilla. Do you know what is adding that script to your site?

    Is the issue still there when you deactivate boxzilla?

    Ah, the content of the Boxzilla popup on that site is loading a Typeform form, which in turn is loading the script I guess.

    So if I deactivate Boxzilla the Typeform form will not be loaded, naturally.

    So I’ve deactivated Boxzilla now and the problem is not there anymore.

    I would ask Typeform for support on this, or switch to another solution instead of the typeform script.

    As this is not directly related to Boxzilla itself I can’t give any further advice on this.
