Links on Settings Page Not Working?

  • Hi Uncanny Team,

    I just installed and activated your plugin v. 1.2.5 to create a Login page for my LearnDash courses. I created a page and inserted the shortcode, per the instructional video. I then went to the Uncanny plugin Settings and clicked on the settings icon for the Front End Login, but nothing happens (no pop-up/overlay appears like in the video). In fact, I can’t open any links within the Uncanny Settings UI. I’ve never experienced this before – has anyone had a similar issue? Any help would be appreciated…it looks like it is just what I need!

    Hi rsmolen,

    Sounds like there’s a conflict somewhere! You’re definitely on WordPress 4.5, PHP5.6+ and the latest version of LearnDash? Have you tried switching to a default theme to see if the problem persists? The next step would unfortunately be disabling plugins (perhaps on a staging site) to see if you can identify a conflict with any specific plugins. To rule things out, make sure javascript isn’t disabled in your browser too.
