Links on templated blog not working

Installed template for a WordPress blog on client’s site. Have been setting everything up, have 6 Pages, 6 Categories and a couple of sub-pages for the site. All should be linked correctly in the top navbar and on the right side (this template uses Widgets for this).

However, no matter what we do…Pages or Posts… nothing links correctly in either the top navbar nor the right side Widget area.

Cannot figure out the solution… and, of course, the site needs to be activated ASAP.

Can anyone help me? I’ll be happy to pay for services.
