links on the link manager, but do not appear on the blog

  • Hi,
    just started off with Wrodpress… a bit puzzled to be honest.

    – I chosed the Sky3c template – on the admin, there is a “link manager”. I added there a link, but no links – even if registered in the admin – appear on the “end-user’s” blog.

    – I actually want to create a separate and dedicate page (I can do) where I could use this link manager (well…:-).

    I believe there would be just a tweak to do for the first problem. For the second, would I need a plugin ?
