Links organizing and ordering

    So I have a blog hermesnews.net. We have a community section in the blog roll with links completely relevant to our site and would like this first in the widget for links. then we have the blog roll and teh links I would like these after the community section. How on earth do i order the catagories to show in the order i want them to and to also not show if I dont’ want them to.

    Please advise.
