Links remain in draft status but do work

    Minor bug. This started happening with 3.0, and continues with 3.0.1.

    When adding a new link, the button says “Update”. I click it, it creates new pretty link but it says it’s in draft status. When I edit link, the button changed to “Publish”. I click publish, nothing happens. It stays in draft status.

    The redirects do work though. So it doesn’t break anything as it seems.

    I don’t know how or why, but draft status disappeared after about 10 minutes. I went in to add more links, and it was gone. FYI.

    The link disappeared, or the draft status changed to published?

    Sorry, should’ve clarified. The draft status changed to published. It seems that any new links I create are drafts. If I don’t go back to edit page and click publish, the link will remain as draft. But once I click publish, it takes about 3-5 min to become published.

    Are you using the WP Reviews plugin by chance?

    @viktorix we’ve seen similar issues with the WP Reviews plugin. We’re releasing a fix for that later today (vs 3.0.2). Let me know if you’re not using that plugin.

    It looks like after the most recent update (3.0.6) it’s working now, no draft status being added. If the issue comes back, I’ll reach out.
