Links that will not update

  • Hi
    I am running a website with WordPress 4.2.2 running Impreza theme on Windows 7 PC usually with Chrome and sometimes Firefox. It is apricus.co.nz
    I’m not a technician but have got a reasonably good grasp of the basics of WordPress. I have one problem that does not go away and would really appreciate some help / advice.
    In our Partners Info section https://apricus.co.nz/apricus/partners-info/
    there are links to other pages. I have changed all of these to shortlinks but three just will not stick – Installation Info, Building Consents and Warranty. I don’t mind they are not short links per se but the Building Consents one does not work. And I cannot make it work. When I log in to WordPress it shows it as all updated and lovely but when I try it out it does not work.
    I have repeatedly purged the page in WordPress and opened Firefox History, forgetting the page. But it still does not update.
    Help please!?

    You do have a caching plugin though, right?

    Yes W3 Total Cache is installed. The function now appears to be working though so that’s good.

    I do have a new problem now though for uploading media. I’ll start a new topic and link to it
