Links to agenda list and calendar page

Hi,

I’m currently building custom templates for The Events Calendar plugin and everything works great except for one thing: I want to replace the standard list/calendar view button with a custom one. As the setup of this bar doesn’t have a template connected to it I was wondering if there’s a hook/code snippet to link to the calendar page both in list and calendar view. I checked your documentation but couldn’t find it.

I know I could hard code the link of course, but as this is a multilingual site a built in solution would be neater.
