Links to comments

I have tested this plugin with posts (works OK) but when i put a new comment to a post I get an email that shows a wrong link.

For example,

It shows:
https://www.xxx.com/?p=16

Instead of (this should be the correct format):

https://www.xxx.com/?p=805#comment-16

Then, when it is an email for notifying comments, the plugin is linking to a wrong or not existing post. In this example, post 16 didn’t exist.
