• Hi there,

I’m testing the AJAX Upload for Gravity Forms plugin alongside our GravityPDF addon, and when we use the mutli-file upload (using the List element), the PDF from GravityPDF doesn’t link to the files properly. It instead writes out the entire anchor tag and displays it in the PDF output.

    I’ve included a screenshot here:

Is this a bug, or something we can change locally to correct?

Hi @ovann86, just wanted to bump this up. I know the plugin should be compatible with GravityPDF, but it seems that the multi-file upload doesn’t translate over to the PDF output. I’m not sure if that issue is in this plugin or in GravityPDF.

    Thanks!

Hey, sorry I looked at this on the weekend, thought I responded but clearly didn’t!

Thanks for the picture, it helps a lot.

So from what I see in the picture, the list field in your PDF is is being encoded – so the HTML is displaying literally instead of being rendered by the browser.

I’ve taken a look at the PDF’s I create with data from this plugin, and it’s still rendering correctly (links or thumbnails are displayed).

I remember having this happen with “legacy” PDF’s

Can you check that the template you’re using isn’t under the “legacy” header group – and try another PDF that is “core”.

    Here’s what I mean …
