Links to other pages disabled

hello,
i use a one-page wordpress theme…i recently added a woocommerce shop to it and i later discovered that once i am on the shop page (which is an external page), the other pages on the menu are somewhat disabled, the menu nav does not work anymore. This happens ONLY only on the ‘shop’ page.
