    Hi @tdechangy,

Thanks for reaching out! If you’re using the Pro version on your site, please make sure to disable the “Click Tracking” feature under the WP Mail SMTP -> Settings -> Email Log area.

Alternatively, it is possible that your configured mailer (e.g., SendGrid) has enabled the link tracking feature during the setup. In that case, please refer to their documentation or contact their support for further assistance.

    I hope this helps. Thanks!

    Hi,

thanks for the reply, it was indeed the Sendgrid link tracker.

Still, can you tell me why my emails are not sent when I disable your plugin, using the default WP PHP mail function ? It didn’t even work better with the plugin set to PHP.

    Hi @tdechangy,

I’m glad to hear you got that sorted.

When you’re using the ‘Default’ (PHP) mailer option under WP Mail SMTP -> Settings this is the method your site uses to send emails when SMTP is not set up.

As explained here, the default PHP option is not a reliable method to deliver emails.

You need to configure a mailer on your site to deliver your website email notifications. In case it helps, you can see all the available mailers here.

    I hope this helps. Thanks!
