Links visible only after login

Is it possible to show the Link, only if the user is logged in, else show blank space or hide the table or buttons?

I need to just have a the login box, available on the page/post. When the user logins the page then shows the download list/table/buttons (what ever template used).

Is it possible in the free version as well as the pro?
