    This is usually a permalink issue. You may just need to re-save them.

    been there done that…
    permalink is set to ‘post name’

    then went out selected ‘use old permalink with ?sendpress=’ in sendpress/advanced

    tested with email

    no luck

    We made some updates to the tracking system and its possible one of the new tables did not get created. Could you go to Settings > Advanced again and look for a red button in the lower left. It will say ‘Install Missing Tables’. After you run that can you try a link again and see if it is working like it should.

    Otherwise if you have access to your error logs those may help track down the issue. If you don’t mind providing us a login or more info you can email me directly at [email protected]
