in the text field add

/%postname%/ and save

Make sure your .htaccess file or web.config is writable by WordPress. If it is not, a message will appear on how to set it up.

Thanks, I made that change and the result is better but not quite there. For example, it says https://matthewbarley.org/sample-page/ on some pages. I inputed /%postname%/ into Custom Structure but it keeps reverting to Post name https://www.matthewbarley.org/sample-post/?
