    Hi
    Please I am having a problem in my site.

    I am using JS SUPPORT https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/js-support-ticket/ and polylang. And I cant use any other plugin I can only use polylang.

    When i try to open tickets like in the img, it should go to a new link, but it doesnt, it only works for one language (Arabic) but on English side it doesnt.

    The JS plugin support said this:

    Hi,

    We were support polylang but polylang change it coding in latest versions.

    It overwrite all permalinks rules and disturbed others. It restrict to submitting form, you can not also search.

    At url level, we fix the code but now it overwrite WP basic rules.

    So please can u help me?

    I can not write login info here and only loged in can see it but please tell me how can I do it and I am ready to provide u
