List all users and there Roles

I need to find a way to list all of the current users and their rolls on the website – preferably on a page. Is there a simply command or plugin to make this happen? I’m sorry if this is a repeat question – I looked around and couldn’t find anyone talking about this. I am using versions 2.0.2 by the way.
