    Hi,

my list and calendar view dont show the correct dates but only for events in June & July and only in Slovene language (on the English page it is ok).

    I use WPML.

    And have already tried:

    ? without and cache

    ? deactivate all other plugins

    ? use a WordPress theme

And nothing helps. Some of my events in June are shown in July if I change to other months (except june or July) it works ok.

    Can you please help?

    Hi @hutamanama,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Can you please share a link to your site where we can examine the behavior?

Also, you mentioned testing for plugin conflicts. Does the behavior persist with WPML deactivated as well?

    Thank you,
    Erica

    Hi @hutamanama,

Although I can’t see the issue that you shared with us in the initial thread, but I see that Jun and July events are showing in the incorrect order, see: https://share.zight.com/nOu7poJQ

For me to understand and learn more about your setup, could you provide the following version of the following?

    1. PHP
    2. WordPress
    3. The Events Calendar
    4. Theme and Version
    5. WPML version

In addition, check the date and time of these events again and make sure to connect them correctly to their translation.

Looking forward to helping you with this one.

    Hi,

yes and also september 2024 – 18. is before 3.

    1. PHP: 8.1
    2. WordPress: 6.5.2
    3. The Events Calendar: Version 6.4.0? (just updated)
    4. Theme and Version: Genesis 3.5.0.
    5. WPML version: Version 4.6.10

I have to totaly disconect translations. So english and sloven events are separated.

    Any solution?

    Thank you

    Hi @hutamanama

I understand that you have been experiencing an issue with an event. I have attempted to replicate the issue on my end but was unable to find any problems. In order to further investigate the issue, I suggest that you try setting the event that is causing the issue to Draft mode. After doing so, create a new event with the same details and check if the issue persists. This will help us to determine if the issue is with the event itself or if there is some other underlying problem that needs to be addressed.

Hi, I already tried to cretae new event ant no luck. Also event for this month is not showing – is in past.

    Any other solution?

Do you have any other support – that can check this? I can pay.

    Thank you.

    Hi @hutamanama

Thanks for your response. Could you please double check if you have the following values from your System Information (Events > Troubleshooting page):

    Custom Tables Migration Status Completed
    Custom Tables Health Check Good!

If you don’t have the above values, please consider migrating your events to V6 by following the steps below:

    1. Update to the latest versions of The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro.
    2. Remove any un-needed draft events and empty the Trash.
    3. Activate only our plugins and use the 2020 theme.
    4. Make sure server-side caching is disabled temporarily while you’re migrating your events.
    5. Install and activate the?Code Snippets?plugin.
    6. Add?this snippet?and run it once (be sure it does not stay activated).
    7. Go to Events > Settings > Upgrades and go through the migration process.
