List and widgets in the Twenty Twenty Five theme

It says that the Twenty Twenty Five theme does not support lists and widgets.

Twenty Twenty-Five is a block theme, it uses blocks instead of widgets.
The old widget features are blocks that can be placed anywhere, without the need of a widget area.

If you had a menu setup on the old screen, you can still use that menu by selecting a navigation block and then choosing your menu in the block settings:
