List applicants by employer?

Is there a built in function to obtain a list of all applicants that have ever applied to any of an employer’s job listings? Or, to list all applications ever received by that employer or do we have to code this from scratch?

We want to have a listing so that an employer can check and see if a specific user has ever applied to their listings before. We will be checking the email address and Name (title) associated with each application.
