List authors by role with bio and photo?

In essence, what I’m after can bee seen in action here: https://blogs.worldbank.org/climatechange/bloggers

I’m after one page that lists all Authors with their bio, user photo and link to their individual author page, and another that does the same for Contributors. When a new user is added they should be added to the list in alphabetical order.

Any suggestions?
