List builder keeps loading every page

When I view my site https://www.empoderasalud.com on a mobile (iPhone 6) the email list builder keeps popping up.
ie. If I go to the home page it will eventually (smart) pop up. I click the close icon, go to open another page from the site and it pops up again. It does it every time I open a new page.

It is set to load once every 2 months.

Can you please see why it keeps loading every time someone views a page?
I thought it would only load on one page.
