List building plugin with drag & drop in widget

I want to add a signup form in the widget area. I managed to add a simple basic one with text and the email placeholder. But I cannot find any form that would let me add images easily. I do not know any coding so I was looking for an easy solution for newbies.

I have also created account on mailchimp, so maybe there is one plugin with mailchimp integration also. If not I can work around that.
