List checkboxes

Thanks for hopping in the forum. Currently, the plugin will only connect to one list at a time. If you have groups inside a list, they will appear as checkboxes in the subscribe form. MailChimp usually recommends using a few lists as possible, then use groups to organize those lists. Here’s a guide from the MailChimp knowledge base on creating and working with groups.
