List deleted and submitted entries not showing

  • I am using CFDB with CF for my newsletter email capture. My site, and forms, are in multiple languages. As of yesterday, only my english database returns 0 entries (when it had 25,000) and no new entries are being submitted either. Every other list in all other languages are working perfectly.

    Is this the issue people are speaking about with CF 4.8? Curious is something else since its specific to one list and not all of them

  • Hi, I’m getting the same issue, my list has disappared and it’s not capturing new entries or showing me them. Could it be something to do with being upgraded to PHP 7?

    I found out it was a server issue that since my list was so large, my php governor was blocking the query request from the plugin as it thought it was malfunctioning.

    A simple call to my server support desk fixed the issue and I’ve been fine ever since.

    Thanks for that, I’ll give them a call and see if they can help.

    The only issue is that I’ve logged back in and i can see some blank entries appearing. Not sure why that is. Hopefully my entries haven’t completely dissappeared.
