List doesn’t work after WP update

Sorry for the late reply, we had some holidays here.
I followed your indications, changed theme and deactivated plugins, no changes.
I also installed your plugin on another WP test site and it works fine.
I really would love to use this plugin and also your history one, do you have any other suggestion to make it work ?

However, what could be the cause?
What is the difference between your other website that is working and the one that is not?

Is it the wordpress version?
Or is it the difference in PHP, DB, or web server?

Since it seems that some of the sites you are running work and others don’t, I think there is a clue in the difference.

Not much I can come up with right now under the circumstances.
For example, you may want to remove this plugin and reinstall it.

I don’t know what happened, but now the plugin works ! I can see the favorite list and the count. Possibly some plugins (your ?) were updated and the block was removed, I don’t know. Just wanted to let you know. I have another question: in the result page favorites show the featured image thumbnail. I have a custom field instead, is there a way to show that image custom field instead ? thanks

Therefore, I think that the surrounding environment may have been a factor.

thanks for your indications. I have a couple questions:
1. the result list works now, but I don’t understand why the featured image doesn’t show even though it exists for this post. For the time being I have hidden the thumbnails using CSS

2. I have placed [ccc_my_favorite_list_custom_template] on a page but nothing happens. I read the thread you gave me, but I am not a PHP programmer so I am not confident with PHP. Do you have any detailed example of how to use the custom template ?
