List events by category

Hello,

You can try and use the following shortcode:

[events_list category=”123″]

Yeah i know but then this shortcode will show always events from category 123
and i want
-for single page event form category 1 to show posts only from category 1
-for single page event form category 2 to show posts only from category 2
etc

Apologies I must be misunderstanding your exact needs. You can edit the shortcode to feature just the specific category that you expect.

This snippit you offer, absolutely provides grouping. But without any kind of sorting …I can’t see how it can be useful to users.

Thank you very much for responding. I had found your grouping recipe through web search and you and your co-supporters, advised how to implement it. I’m still holding out some hope that someone will figure out the sorting part of this recipe.
