I create a lot of events, and it’s inconvenient to have the back end events list go from farthest out in time at top down to soonest lower, and continuing on to past events. But if I reverse the ordering all past events come to the top. Is there any way to order the list so the soonest are at the top, continuing down through the later ones, with past events staying at the bottom?

Alternately, to archive past events (so they remain accessible, but not as clutter), or having them in a separate tab or list would allow reversing the order in a simple way.

    Thanks!

  • Hi @david4321,

Thanks for reaching out to us here! Just to be sure, you’re looking for a solution that will help to streamline your event listings on the backend (WordPress admin), correct? ?? If so, you might find our Advanced Post Manager plugin to be helpful–it adds advanced filtering options to all WordPress custom post types and works beautifully out of the box with The Events Calendar. (And, bonus: it’s free!) I’d give it a try and see if its filtering capabilities might allow for just the setup you’re envisioning!

I hope that helps–let me know if you should have any other questions!
