List is not populated with abandoned carts

    Hi,

    The abandoned cart list has no new items. There are abandoned carts for sure, as we are testing the plugin. Do you need any cache exclusion to make it work? Can you tell me, if it is using cookies and if so, what cookies should be excluded from caching?

    Do you have any other idea, why there is no abandoned carts in the list?

    Hello,
    the plugin save on database the current cart of logged in user in status open.
    The plugin also converts the cart to abandoned cart with a cron.
    You can check if the cron is working on your installation.

    Thank you @yithemes for the help! I have checked the cron and it was set to 72 years. I don’t know why, because the plugin settings was set to 1 hour. I had to set this option to 60 minutes, so it is working now.
