Thanks for hopping in the forum. To provide a little background, the emails and pages that subscribers see after they subscribe are attached to the signup forms section of your MailChimp list. These wouldn’t be connected to the plugin.
In MailChimp, when the name of the list is changed, the header on the signup forms and response emails would stay the same. So that name would need to be changed separately.
