List not showing before H1

    I have selected to show easy table of content before first heading (default) but it is showing after H1.

    H1
    <<Easy Table of Contents here>>
    –paragraph–

    FYI: I have selected only H2 to be shown in Easy Table of Contents
    Please let me know how to show it before H1 and below the title of the post.

    I looked at several pages in your blog, but I was not able to find the page with a TOC on it so I could review. Could you share a link of the exact page with an issue so I can see?

    Actually, due to this issue, I uninstalled the plugin. if you can help me in resolving a couple of issues including this. I would love to re-install it.

    Meanwhile, I have a question?
    Can this plugin flag the site due to excess usage of keywords in headings with anchor links which appears in google searches?

    Sorry, no it can not. This type of feature is out of scope for what this plugin is designed.
