• Hello,

Since upgarding from v 6.6.1 to 8.0.5, the list of bundles that an individual product is included in its single product page cannot be displayed.

Any help to fix this, please?

    Hi @msamavi ,

You can go to WPClever >> Product Bundles >> find this opton and choose a different position to display the bundle list on the single product page: https://prnt.sc/kaCjovRzmyg2.

Please make sure you clear the caches and cookies after performing the update as well. You can check it in an Incognito or Private tab to be sure.

If possible, you can also provide a public link of your products for us to check from the frontend.

    Best regards.

    Hi @msamavi ,

I checked but could not find the bundle list visible on your product page.

You may want to try inserting this shortcode [woosb_bundles] in a preferred position to see if the list of bundles can be displayed in the frontend.

    Best regards.

    Hi @msamavi ,

I’m afraid this is a conflict triggered by the theme or template you are using. Certain positions are not allowed for listing bundles with some themes.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide any further advice on this. It might require an investigation in the backend to soothe the conflict by custom codes. However, this is not allowed for free plugins on this forum. We are not allowed to provide support outside this public forum.

    You can try debugging by:

    1. Deactivate all other plugins, except WooCommerce and our WPC plugins. Check the functionality to see if it’s working or not.

    2. Reactivate other plugins one by one to find the source of the conflict. Change to our WPCstore theme or any other WooCommerce specialized theme to check.

This should be the only way to help you solve this now.

    Best regards.
