List of media files to download.

I run a website for a motorcycle club and the members can upload their GPS files from past rides or upcoming rides. I’m looking for a plugin that will generate a list of these files, that are stored in the media library, and show them on a page where the members can look through them and download the files they want. I was using Media Tags, but it’s stopped working a while ago. It was nice because I could use a shortcode on a GPS Page to list all of the tagged files that were currently in the Media library. I didn’t constantly have to update the page with the new uploads.

I can make a page doing this with some of the library managers, but I still have to update the list manually, not a big deal as we don’t get all that many file uploads, but it would be nice to have it update on it’s own every time the page was opened.

Anyone have a suggestion? Thanks for your time and help.
