List of updated files in upgrade to 3.1.3?

Hello,
I’m using 3.1.2, and would like to upgrade to 3.1.3, but I have made some hacks to my installations (Custom text in footer, added buddypress on one site etc.), therefore, I prefer to update just the changed files, rather than replacing the whole installation.However, the release message for 3.1.3 lacks a list of updated files.
