List Posts by First Letter?

    How does one make a alphabetical list by title using an “A B C D…” horizontal link list similar to JoBlo’s Movie Trailer Archive?
    I noticed “&first_letter=a” was in the url. Would this code also work in wordpress, and if so, how and where would you write it?
