    Hi,

I want to set up a training to make sure employees comply with some regulations for different companies. After the initial training, they need a follow-up training yearly (or more if something changes). And I’m looking at Sensei as LMS, it looks great.

To comply with the legislation I need a list of de students who succeeded the training. In the Docs on Reports (https://senseilms.com/documentation/reports/#courses) I can see that I can get a report with the number of students that completed the course. If I want the names, I have to go to the lessons.

Is there a way that I can see the list of the students that completed the whole course? Or should I set Sensei up that a course is per company, and the lessons are the initial and yearly trainings?

    Thanks for your help!

  • Hi @basdemeijer,

I understand that you are trying to use Sensei LMS to set up a training program to ensure that employees comply with regulations for different companies. You want to track and maintain a list of students who have completed the course as proof of compliance with the regulations.

Is there a way that I can see the list of the students that completed the whole course?

Right now, Sensei LMS Reports work the way you’ve experienced. To get actual names of students who are enrolled in or have completed a course, you’ll have to export lesson reports.

Or should I set Sensei up that a course is per company, and the lessons are the initial and yearly trainings?

I’m not sure if that will make it easier for you to manage the program and enrolments, but it might help with easier reporting.

That said, would you be able to open a feature request for your particular use case? You can do so from here:

Thanks @ihenetudan for your reply, appreciate it.

I will make a feature request for it. It was the only thing I liked the Learndash over to Sensei. I will make a work around and hopefully the feature will be implemented later on.

Hey @basdemeijer – that sounds good! you can open a feature request in the repo using the above link and our dedicated team will take a look at that and get back to you with questions or feedback if needed.

For now, I’m marking this topic as resolved now. But If you have any further questions or need some more help, you’re welcome to reply here and mark this topic as “not resolved” from the left sidebar of this topic (example) or open another thread.
