List Tags From Popular Posts

I’m trying to create an extension/plugin/code that lists the tags that are the most popular – determined by the page views of the posts in which the tags are attached.

It should not list tags according to how many articles have that tag, but by the page views of the posts.

Can anyone help or point me in a good direction?
