LIST VIEW doesn’t match THUMBNAIL VIEW

    Hi Guys,

    In short, list view doesn’t seem to match thumbnail view.

    Here are the symptoms that continue to plague me even with consistent updating of the FileBird Lite plugin:

    1. The number of images indicated in the folders in the left pane match the number of images in LIST VIEW only, not in THUMBNAIL VIEW.
    2. Drag & Drop only works in LIST VIEW, not in THUMBNAIL VIEW.
    3. LIST VIEW and THUMBNAIL VIEW seem to be 2 totally independent virtual folders, showing different images for each folder in the left pane.

    Specifically, in LIST VIEW my custom folder correctly shows 2 images; indicated by the folder in the left pane and 2 images properly listed in the right pane. But, if I shift to THUMBNAIL VIEW, 5 totally different images appear in the right pane and the number of images are not correctly represented in the folder in the left pane. It still says 2 images. So, it seems that LIST VIEW and THUMBNAIL VIEW are acting as independent folders themselves in addition to the folders in the left pane (which seem to be only attached to LIST VIEW).

    Conclusion:
    For day to day design needs, I am currently using LIST VIEW only so that I can find my images quickly and safely. It’s a great plugin for the most part but I would love to be able to use THUMBNAIL VIEW eventually. Happy to post some screenshots if appropriate.

    Thanks for the hard work on the plugin. Many of us truly appreciate the effort!

    Using latest versions of ELEMENTOR (free version), WPML, FileBird Lite.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out. We tested our site sevaral times but we do not see the issue.
    Can you try clear both server and browser cache to see if it helps.

    If the issue still persists, please try deactivate each plugin or change theme to see which one cause the conflict.

    The issue has existed since installation and all subsequent updates.
    Really bizarre.

    Will have to rely on LIST VIEW, I guess.
