List View – Show ALL events, even past ones

I have the very same question…

Need to show a list of upcoming events and a list of past events.

Let me know if you find the answer I will do the same

but I don’t have enought PHP skills to sort it out… let me know if you know what to do with it

Both functions are deprecated, I prefer to avoid them. Lets see if somebody has already done this.

BTW, if you want a list of the past events only I think you can link directly to events/list/?tribe_event_display=past for that.

WOW, I am going to try that BUT, I found another that works (or seems to) with all the shortcodes https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/event-list/ has a shortcode with “past” as value option BUT, I am going to try yours as well.

So if I want to display past events on a page, I have the url with that as string?

eg. https://mysite.com/events/list/?tribe_event_display=past or how do I get it to dispaly on the/a page?

I saw the other plugin but I don′t want to change Events Calendar.

Mine is in Spanish, but is the same thing.

It might get you close to what you are looking for.

Otherwise you might have to use tribe_get_events()
